AIDA FREE DIVE COURSE

AIDA FREE DIVE COURSE
Freediving, also known as breath-hold diving or apnea, is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding rather than the use of breathing apparatus like scuba gear. Freedivers plunge into the ocean depths relying solely on their physical and mental abilities, experiencing a profound connection with the underwater world. Training focuses on breath control, buoyancy, equalization techniques, safety procedures, and enhancing physical fitness and lung capacity. This discipline requires careful training and strict safety measures due to the risks of deep-water blackout and decompression sickness.
